Koei Tecmo is taking its Samurai Warriors series in a different direction this fall. While previous entries in the titles have focused on the different regions of Japan during its feudal period, a new title will instead focus on the characters.

Samurai Warriors 4-II tells the tales of thirteen different characters, including nine from Samurai Warriors 4, a new edition, and three that are returning by popular demand. This isn’t just an update to last year’s title.

Koei Tecmo has updated a number of core systems. Samurai Warrior 4-II also features an “Endless Castle” mode that offers time-based and survival competition modes.

The title will be out on September 29 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Vita, and PC.
